Instructions for Food Security Resource Pack

Resource Pack instructions – How to build staff knowledge and understanding of food security in 9 steps.  Ranges completed this process and increased staff knowledge and understanding of food security from 16% having a good understanding to 92% of staff having a good understanding of food security.

Evaluation Questionnaire 1 – simple questionnaire to help determine staff knowledge pre-presentation.

Newsletter - a sample newsletter that can be displayed in the tea room or notice board which contains general information on food security.

Power Point presentation – a 15 – 20 minute presentation covering what is food security.  Information includes: What is FS; who is at risk; general figures and information; determinants; role of the Health professional and identifying clients.  The presentation also includes notes and comments to use throughout the talk.
