Children's Health Team Ranges' Child Health Team includes Paediatric Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and support from Counselling, Community Health Nursing and Allied Health Assistants.
Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP) The Hospital Demand Management program is a statewide strategy of the Department of Human Services underpinned by a vision of better health for Victorians through preventing the avoidable use of hospitals. Its purpose is to build capacity to meet the growth in demand for hospital services and includes the Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP), which has a particular emphasis on community-based preventative initiatives.
