Ranges Community Health Service (Ranges) operates as an Independent Community Health Service, and is predominantly funded by the Department of Human Services.
Ranges serve the people who live in the southwest part of the Shire of Yarra Ranges, providing a wide range of community-based services including:
- Home and Community Care (Planned Activity Group; Allied Health)
- Community Health Program (Health Promotion; Allied Health; Community Health
Nursing; Counselling/Casework)
- Dental Services (Community & School Dental program)
- HARP - Chronic Disease Management
- Access for All Abilities
Our staff work closely with other key agencies, community groups and organisations as well as a wonderful pool of volunteers. This collaboration and partnership is invaluable as it enables us to extend our capacity and our role in the provision of health.
