Podiatry

What is Podiatry?

Podiatry aims to prevent and relieve problems of the feet and lower leg.

Who is this for?

Our Podiatrists see people of all ages, including children.

How can Podiatry assist you?

The conditions Podiatrists treat include those resulting from bone and joint disorders such as arthritis, as well as diabetes, neurological, circulatory diseases, skin and nail disorders, corns, calluses, ingrowing toenails and annual diabetes foot assessments.

Podiatrists also complete analysis of walking patterns, prescription of orthoses (supports fitted into the shoe) and advice regarding footwear.

Podiatry treatment may be in a clinical or home based setting.
