Counselling

Counselling is an opportunity to take some time and space, in a safe and confidential setting, to explore whatever issues may be important to you or which may be causing you difficulty. Counselling can help you work through difficult feelings, discover new resources, and gradually gain a deeper experience and acceptance of yourself.
How can counselling assist you?
Your counsellor will help you formulate goals as part of achieving the changes you want in your life. It may be helpful to revise these and to review the counselling work from time to time. You can expect this to be part of the service you receive.
